Sacramento’s soft emo indie pop duo Blooming Heads kicks off the inaugural Music Shelf Concert Series. The Music Shelf Concert series is inspired by NPR’s Tiny Desk format. Mustard’s goal with this series, much like the website, is to further highlight independent artists from all over the globe!
Being the inaugural duo to debut the Music Shelf Concert Series, Blooming Heads told Mustard –
